About Enstacked
Three years in, 250 projects deep, still building eCommerce that converts.
Enstacked started with two developers who were tired of watching clients get overpromised and underdelivered. It is now a 25 person team that builds, optimizes, and white-labels eCommerce work for growing brands and the agencies that serve them.
The first problem we solved was the one we had ourselves.
Eight years ago, Gaurav Jat and Ali Patel kept running into the same thing: vendors who sold hard, then delivered late, thin, or not at all. Both had been on the receiving end of it. So they started the company they wished they had been able to hire.
That is still the operating principle. 250 projects and 98% client retention later, the work has narrowed to what we are genuinely best at: eCommerce, Shopify, and the conversion work that decides whether a store actually makes money.
Pick the right technology. Not the trendiest stack. The one that will still be maintainable in three years.
Keep improving after launch. Stores are not shipped and forgotten. We keep testing what moves conversion.
