1. Commission
You earn 25% of every subscription payment made by a store you refer, calculated on the net amount after Shopify’s fees, for as long as that store keeps paying for Varn.
Installs alone earn nothing: only paid plans count. Yearly plans are credited in full in the month they are paid.
2. What counts as a referral
A referral is a new store that installs Varn within 30 days of clicking your partner link, or a store you submit manually that we approve.
Each store belongs to one partner only, the first one credited. Stores that already had Varn installed, and stores you own or control, do not qualify.
3. Payouts
Commission becomes available once the payment it came from is at least 60 days old and has been received by us from Shopify.
- You can request a payout once your available balance reaches $50.
- Payouts are made by PayPal within 60 days of your request.
- An invoice is required with every request.
- You are responsible for any taxes and PayPal fees.
4. Refunds and cancellations
If a payment is refunded, in full or in part, the commission on it is cancelled. If the commission was already paid, the amount is deducted from your future earnings, and no payout is made until your balance is positive again.
When a store cancels, commission on it stops.
5. Promotion rules
Always disclose
You must disclose that you earn a commission when you recommend Varn.
You may not:
- bid on “Shopify”, “Varn” or “Enstacked” search terms in paid ads;
- publish coupon or discount codes we have not issued;
- send spam;
- impersonate Shopify or Enstacked;
- create fake stores or installs.
6. Breaking these terms
If you break these terms, we may withhold unpaid commission linked to the breach and remove you from the program.
7. Changes
We may change these terms or the commission rate for future referrals with 30 days’ notice by email. Stores you have already referred keep the rate that applied when they were referred.
8. Ending the program
Either side can end participation at any time. Commission already earned under these terms is still paid.
